A new tiled roof can last upwards of 50 years when professionally installed. This is the same whether your roof is made of clay or concrete tiles.

Concrete tiles are now of excellent quality and we often usually recommend them over clay due to their high performance and relatively low cost. The main exception is with historic and listed buildings.
