Is a site visit necessary?
Yes, wherever possible we recommend a pre-quote site visit. This helps us properly assess the work, uncover any hidden issues that could delay work, and give you a more accurate quote.
Do I need to be home when you visit?
We prefer to meet you during the visit if possible. This helps us understand your concerns, discuss your options and answer any questions you may have. However, we understand this isn’t always practical. If you’re unable to be there, we can inspect your roof and discuss our findings over the phone, if access allows.
Do you offer free quotes?
Yes. We provide free, no-obligation quotations. After discussing your requirements, we’ll arrange a convenient time to assess the work.
Do you provide quotes for home buyer surveys?
Unfortunately, due to the volume of enquiries we receive and the uncertainty involved, we can no longer provide quotations based on homebuyer or property inspection surveys.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by bank transfer and cash.
Do you offer emergency call-outs?
Yes. If you have an urgent issue that can’t wait, we’ll do everything we can to respond quickly, make the situation safe and carry out any temporary or permanent repairs required.
