At your roof inspection, Jason will ask you what problems you’ve noticed, if any, and then inspect the roof from the ground and if necessary, via ladder and/or the loft space.

He’ll inspect not just the area of any damage but the surrounding roof materials and conditions. You’ll get an honest assessment of what, if any, work is required and anything else you should be aware of. You won’t be under any pressure to decide there and then.
